Linearity in serum spans 87-103% at a 1:2 dilution, 82-95% at 1:4, and 80-96% at 1:8, with comparable performance in EDTA and heparin plasma. The workflow involves primary incubation at 37°C, biotin-labelled detection antibody binding, HRP-Streptavidin binding, TMB colour development, and absorbance reading at 450 nm.
