Rat DKK-1 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS1626)

Assay Genie offers this Sandwich-based ELISA Kit for the quantitative, colorimetric detection of DKK-1 in rat serum, plasma, and lysate samples. The kit is designed to recognise Rat DKK-1, also known as Dickkopf WNT-signalling pathway inhibitor 1, Dickkopf homolog 1 (Xenopus laevis) and Dickkopf-like protein 1 (UniProt D3Z9J1).

The assay has a sensitivity of 33 pg/ml and a quantitative range of 33 pg/ml - 8000 pg/ml, with a recommended dilution of 2 fold.

For storage, the kit may be kept at 2 to 8°C for up to 6 months from the date of shipment. The reconstituted recombinant protein standard should be stored at -20°C or -80°C, with -80°C recommended. Opened microplate wells or reagents may be stored for up to 1 month at 2 to 8°C, and the whole kit can be used within one year if stored at -20°C.
