Rat Deiodinase, Iodothyronine, Type III (DIO3) ELISA Kit

The DIO3 enzyme is a selenocysteine-containing deiodinase that catalyzes the inactivation of active thyroid hormones through inner-ring deiodination, converting T3 to 3,3'-diiodothyronine (T2) and T4 to reverse T3 (rT3). Investigators studying placental biology, fetal development, brain tissue regulation, and energy homeostasis rely on DIO3 measurements to characterize tissue-specific hormone inactivation pathways.

Each kit is supplied as a complete reagent set including a pre-coated microplate, assay diluent, detection antibody, wash buffer, substrate solution, and stop reagent for an absorbance-based read-out.
