Rat Decorin PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS1625)

Decorin is a small leucine-rich proteoglycan secreted by fibroblasts that regulates collagen fibril assembly and TGF-β bioavailability in the extracellular matrix. Quantitative measurement of circulating decorin supports research in fibrosis, oncology, wound healing, and cardiovascular pathophysiology. This microplate immunoassay from Assay Genie provides pre-coated wells, lyophilized recombinant standards, a biotinylated detection antibody, and a streptavidin-HRP conjugate for signal generation. Each kit supplies sufficient reagents for one full plate run, with a recommended 100 µL sample loading volume per well. Standards and diluted samples are added to coated wells and incubated sequentially with the detection antibody and chromogenic substrate solution, with wash steps between each incubation. Reagents should be refrigerated upon arrival and equilibrated to room temperature before use; the sealed plate pouch should remain unopened until equilibration is complete.
