Rat D-Dimer ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie is designed for the precise measurement of D-Dimer levels in rat samples, including serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The protocol involves reagent equilibration, a 90-minute primary incubation at 37°C, 60-minute biotin-labelled detection antibody binding, 30-minute HRP-Streptavidin (SABC) binding, 10-20 minutes of TMB colour development in the dark, and absorbance reading at 450 nm. Serum is clotted and centrifuged at 1000 × g for 20 minutes; plasma is collected with anticoagulant and centrifuged at 1000 × g for 15 minutes at 2-8°C; cell culture supernatant is centrifuged at 2500 rpm for 5 minutes.
