Rat Cytochrome P450 1B1 (Cyp1b1) ELISA Kit

The kit delivers a detection range of 0.625-40 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.312 ng/mL, with an intra-assay CV of 4.9% and inter-assay CV of 8.1%. Recovery has been evaluated in serum (average 90%, range 84-96%) and plasma (average 92%, range 86-98%), with linearity demonstrated across serial dilutions of serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma. Detection is by colorimetric ELISA.
