Rat Cyp1b1/Cytochrome P450 1B1 ELISA Kit

Assay Genie's sandwich ELISA, double antibody kit is designed to quantify rat Cyp1b1 (Cytochrome P450 1B1) in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, using a colorimetric detection method. The kit reports a sensitivity of 0.469 ng/mL and a measuring range of 0.781–50 ng/mL, with components intended for storage at 2–8°C for up to 12 months.

Validated linearity and recovery are reported across serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma matrices. Linearity spans roughly 80–101% at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions, while recovery averages 99% (serum), 91% (EDTA plasma) and 96% (heparin plasma). The procedure uses a biotinylated detection antibody and HRP-streptavidin (SABC) with TMB substrate, and absorbance is read at 450 nm after a stop step.
