Rat Cyclin Dependent Kinase 2 (CDK2) ELISA Kit

Built around UniProt entry Q63699 and rat gene identifier 362817 (Rattus norvegicus), this Assay Genie kit uses a matched antibody pair to capture Cyclin Dependent Kinase 2, also annotated as CDKN2, p33(CDK2), Cell division protein kinase 2, and p33 protein kinase. The calibrated standard curve spans 0.312-20 ng/mL with a lower limit of detection of 0.133 ng/mL, and validation runs reported intra-assay CV below 10% and inter-assay CV below 12% across low, middle, and high control samples.

Each pack contains a pre-coated microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, two vials of lyophilized recombinant standard, a biotinylated detector antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, standard diluent, two assay diluents, 30X wash buffer, TMB substrate, and stop solution. The manufacturer states a 12 month shelf life when refrigerated; the reconstituted standard should be aliquoted and frozen at -20 degrees C to limit freeze-thaw cycles.
