Rat CXCR7 (C-X-C motif receptor 7) ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie is designed for the quantification of CXCR7 (C-X-C motif receptor 7) levels in rat samples. Using a double antibody sandwich format with colorimetric detection, the kit supports research into this chemokine receptor, which plays a role in immune responses, inflammation and cancer progression. It is suitable for measuring CXCR7 in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples.

The kit provides a sensitivity of 75 pg/mL and a working range of 125-8000 pg/mL, and is stored at 2-8°C for 12 months. Linearity has been validated across serum (87-97%, 82-98% and 82-96% at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions respectively), EDTA plasma (84-100%, 85-99% and 83-98%) and heparin plasma (81-95%, 80-95% and 83-99%). Recovery averages are 96% for serum, 92% for EDTA plasma and 93% for heparin plasma.

The assay workflow includes a 90-minute primary incubation at 37°C, a 60-minute biotin-labelled detection antibody step, a 30-minute HRP-Streptavidin binding step, TMB colour development in the dark for 10-20 minutes, and absorbance measurement at 450 nm after addition of stop solution.
