Rat CXCL5/ENA-78 ELISA Kit

A colorimetric Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie for quantifying CXCL5/ENA-78 in rat samples, accepting serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The kit reports a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL and an assay range of 15.625–1000 pg/mL. After addition of stop solution, absorbance is read at 450 nm. Reagents are stored at 2–8°C for 12 months.

Reported linearity (n=5) across 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions: serum 88–102%, 86–98%, 91–99%; EDTA plasma 86–105%, 87–100%, 80–90%; heparin plasma 85–104%, 88–101%, 81–98%. Spike-and-recovery averages for the same matrices were 97% (serum), 94% (EDTA plasma) and 93% (heparin plasma). The workflow equilibrates reagents to room temperature, incubates standards and samples on the pre-coated plate at 37°C for 90 minutes, adds a biotin-labeled detection antibody for 60 minutes, then HRP-Streptavidin (SABC) for 30 minutes, develops with TMB substrate for 10–20 minutes in the dark, and stops for the 450 nm reading.
