Rat CXCL3/GRO gamma ELISA Kit

CXCL3/GRO Gamma is a key chemokine involved in inflammatory processes, immune response regulation, and cell migration, making it a valuable biomarker for studies into inflammation, cancer, and autoimmune disorders.

The kit offers a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL and a detection range of 15.625-1000 pg/mL, with colorimetric detection, and is stored at 2-8°C for 12 months. Linearity in serum ranges from 86-103%, in EDTA plasma from 84-101%, and in heparin plasma from 80-97% across 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions. Recovery ranges from 85-105% for serum (average 93%), 87-102% for EDTA plasma (average 95%), and 86-97% for heparin plasma (average 91%).

The procedure involves equilibrating reagents and TMB substrate to room temperature, primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotin-labeled detection antibody incubation at 37°C for 60 minutes, HRP-Streptavidin binding at 37°C for 30 minutes, TMB color development in the dark for 10–20 minutes, and absorbance reading at 450 nm after addition of stop solution.
