Assay Genie offers a chemiluminescence-based CLIA Kit for the in vitro quantitative determination of Rat CREB (Cyclic AMP Response Element Binding Protein) in serum, plasma and other biological fluids. The assay uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle, with a pre-coated microplate specific to Rat CREB1, a biotinylated detection antibody, and an Avidin-HRP conjugate. Signal is measured as Relative Light Units (RLU) on a chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer, with concentration calculated by comparing RLU values to a standard curve.

Key performance specifications include a sensitivity of 37.50 fmol/mL and a detection range of 62.50-4000 fmol/mL.
