Rat Coupling Factor 6/CF6 ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA kit enables colorimetric detection of Coupling Factor 6 (CF6) in rat serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, and cell or tissue lysates, as well as other liquid samples. The double-antibody format delivers a sensitivity of 0.938 ng/mL across a working range of 1.563–100 ng/mL.

Linearity was demonstrated at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions, yielding 90–104%, 85–104% and 86–105% for serum (n=5); 82–93%, 88–96% and 83–98% for EDTA plasma (n=5); and 83–100%, 81–90% and 83–92% for heparin plasma (n=5). Spike-and-recovery performance was 88–104% (mean 94%) in serum, 85–105% (mean 96%) in EDTA plasma and 86–105% (mean 95%) in heparin plasma.

The procedure culminates in a TMB substrate step with absorbance read at 450 nm. All reagents are stored at 2–8 °C with a shelf life of 12 months. CF6 is described as a key player in cell signalling and immune response regulation, providing a valuable biomarker for research into autoimmune disease, inflammation and immune-related disorders.
