Rat Complement C1q tumor necrosis factor-related protein 1 (C1qtnf1) ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative measurement of Rat Complement C1q tumor necrosis factor-related protein 1 (C1qtnf1) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The colorimetric assay detects natural and recombinant rat C1qtnf1, a secreted protein also known by the synonym Ctrp1 (NCBI Gene ID 303701; UniProt Q5XIG2).

The assay has a detection range of 0.78-50 ng/mL with a sensitivity of 0.27 ng/mL. Reported precision values include an intra-assay CV of 3.9% and an inter-assay CV of 6.9%. Dilutional linearity for serum samples ranged from 82-92% at a 1:2 dilution to 114-124% at 1:16, with EDTA plasma and heparin plasma samples also showing consistent recovery across the dilution series. Spike-and-recovery testing gave an average of 94% (range 88-100%) for serum and 96% (range 90-102%) for plasma.
