Rat Cofilin-1 (Cfl1) ELISA Kit

Assay Genie provides a colorimetric Sandwich ELISA Kit designed for the quantitative measurement of rat Cofilin-1 (also known as Cofilin, non-muscle isoform) in serum, plasma, and cell lysates. Cofilin-1 is a key regulator of actin cytoskeleton dynamics, playing roles in cell migration, adhesion, and cytokinesis; its dysregulation has been implicated in conditions including cancer, neuronal diseases, and inflammatory disorders.

The assay detects natural and recombinant rat Cofilin-1 with a detection range of 0.156-10ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.078ng/mL. Reported precision includes an intra-assay CV of 4.1% and an inter-assay CV of 7.7%. Recovery values are given for serum (average 98%, range 92-104%) and plasma (average 100%, range 94-106%). Validated sample types include serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids.

Supplied as a solid phase format, the kit is stored at -20°C and shipped at +4°C. It is intended for research use only.
