Rat CNTF/Ciliary neurotrophic factor ELISA Kit

Reported linearity spans 88–103%, 84–99%, and 84–100% for serum (n = 5) at 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions; 94–105%, 84–98%, and 80–96% for EDTA plasma (n = 5); and 95–105%, 83–98%, and 80–94% for heparin plasma (n = 5). Recovery ranges are 85–105% for serum (average 91%), 86–95% for EDTA plasma (average 91%), and 85–99% for heparin plasma (average 93%).
