Rat CKLFSF6/Chemokine Like Factor Superfamily 6 ELISA Kit

A colorimetric sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie for the quantitative measurement of Chemokine-Like Factor Superfamily 6 (CKLFSF6) in rat samples. The kit uses a double-antibody sandwich format and is validated for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples.

Performance characteristics quoted by Assay Genie include a sensitivity of 46.875 pg/mL and an assay range of 78.125-5000 pg/mL. Reported linearity across 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions spans 85-103% for serum (n=5), 88-100% for EDTA plasma (n=5) and 88-104% for heparin plasma (n=5). Reported spike-and-recovery ranges are 85-98% (serum, average 90%), 87-105% (EDTA plasma, average 94%) and 86-104% (heparin plasma, average 97%). Components are intended for storage at 2-8°C for 12 months.

The assay protocol involves equilibrating reagents and TMB substrate to room temperature, a primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotin-labelled detection antibody binding for 60 minutes at 37°C, HRP-Streptavidin (SABC) incubation for 30 minutes at 37°C, TMB colour development in the dark for 10-20 minutes, and absorbance reading at 450 nm after adding stop solution.
