Rat CKLF/Chemokine Like Factor ELISA Kit

Assay Genie's Sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the quantitative measurement of CKLF (Chemokine-Like Factor) in rat samples, using a double-antibody format with colorimetric detection. The assay is validated for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid sample types.

Reported performance includes a sensitivity of 4.688 pg/mL and a working range of 7.813–500 pg/mL. Linearity at 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions has been demonstrated for serum (82–99%), EDTA plasma (81–99%), and heparin plasma (80–102%). Recovery averages span 96% (EDTA plasma) to 100% (heparin plasma). Unopened components are stored at 2–8°C for up to 12 months. CKLF is described in the product literature as a chemokine-like factor involved in immune regulation and inflammation, with reported links to cancer, autoimmune disorders, and inflammatory conditions.
