Compatible sample types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The assay has a sensitivity of 18.75 pg/mL and a standard range of 31.25-2000 pg/mL. Reagents should be stored at 2-8°C and remain stable for 12 months. The protocol follows a sandwich ELISA workflow with TMB substrate development: primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotinylated detection antibody incubation for 60 minutes, HRP-Streptavidin binding for 30 minutes, substrate colour development in the dark for 10-20 minutes, and absorbance reading at 450 nm after stop solution is added.
