Rat Chemokine Like Factor Superfamily 5/CKLFSF5 ELISA Kit

Designed for the quantitative detection of CKLFSF5 in rat samples, this Sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie is a double-antibody assay with a colorimetric detection method. It is reactive with rat and accepts serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The kit should be stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.

Performance characteristics include a sensitivity of 46.875 pg/mL and a measuring range of 78.125-5000 pg/mL. Linearity has been validated across dilutions of 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 in serum (86-105%, 84-95%, 80-96%), EDTA plasma (85-91%, 87-100%, 89-100%) and heparin plasma (91-102%, 84-95%, 88-95%). Spike-and-recovery values range from 85-97% (average 90%) in serum, 93-105% (average 100%) in EDTA plasma and 86-105% (average 93%) in heparin plasma.

The assay is run on a pre-coated microplate with a TMB substrate, read at 450 nm after a stop step. CKLFSF5 is a member of the chemokine-like factor superfamily linked to immune response regulation and inflammation, with reported roles in cell migration, angiogenesis and tumour growth.
