Rat CD8 (Cluster of Differentiation 8) CLIA Kit (RTES00125)

The Assay Genie Rat CD8 CLIA Kit is a chemiluminescence-based sandwich immunoassay for quantitative measurement of Cluster of Differentiation 8 in rat serum, plasma, and other biological fluids. CD8 is a transmembrane glycoprotein co-receptor for MHC class I molecules, expressed predominantly on cytotoxic T-lymphocytes, making it a widely studied biomarker in immunology, transplantation research, vaccine development, and infectious disease studies.

Built on a 96-well microplate format, the assay offers a broader dynamic range and higher analytical sensitivity than conventional colorimetric ELISA. Each kit includes pre-coated plates, biotinylated detection antibodies, streptavidin-HRP conjugates, calibrators, and buffers sufficient for 96 determinations, with the chemiluminescent signal read on a standard luminometer.
