Rat CD8 alpha/CD8A ELISA Kit

CD8a is a cell surface glycoprotein that plays a critical role in T-cell activation and cytotoxicity, serving as a key marker for identifying cytotoxic T cells and regulatory T cells. The double antibody sandwich ELISA format delivers high sensitivity and specificity, supporting research applications such as immune response studies, autoimmune disease investigation, and cancer immunotherapy development in rat models.

Linearity has been demonstrated in serum (88-103%, 85-97%, 81-96%), EDTA plasma (87-105%, 89-99%, 80-96%), and heparin plasma (85-104%, 83-99%, 80-95%) at dilution ratios of 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8. Recovery ranges from 88-100% in serum (average 93%), 90-101% in EDTA plasma (average 96%), and 85-103% in heparin plasma (average 92%). Components are stored at 2-8°C, avoiding direct light, and remain stable for 12 months. The assay uses TMB substrate with absorbance measured at 450 nm.
