Rat CD59 ELISA Kit

Assay Genie's colorimetric sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the precise measurement of CD59 in rat samples. CD59, also known as protectin, is a key regulator of the complement system that protects cells from complement-mediated damage, and its dysregulation has been implicated in autoimmune disorders and inflammation.

The kit should be stored at 2–8°C for 12 months.

Validation data report linearity of 86–94%, 85–96%, and 89–104% for serum at 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions respectively; 92–101%, 86–96%, and 83–98% for EDTA plasma; and 80–93%, 84–97%, and 85–99% for heparin plasma at the same dilutions. Average recovery values are 93% (range 85–102%) for serum, 97% (86–104%) for EDTA plasma, and 91% (86–99%) for heparin plasma.
