Rat CD44 ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA is intended for the measurement of CD44 in rat-derived samples using a double-antibody format and colorimetric readout. CD44 is a cell-surface glycoprotein involved in cell adhesion, migration, and signalling, with research relevance to inflammation, wound healing, and cancer progression.

The assay has a stated detection range of 0.313–20 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL. Listed sample types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysates, and other liquid samples. Reagents are stored at 2–8 °C for up to 12 months.

Linearity at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 spans 83–105% in serum, 85–100% in EDTA plasma, and 85–105% in heparin plasma. Spike-and-recovery performance is 87–105% in serum (mean 94%), 84–102% in EDTA plasma (mean 95%), and 88–104% in heparin plasma (mean 96%).
