Rat CD40 Ligand/TNFSF5 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS1614)

A sandwich-based, colorimetric ELISA from Assay Genie for quantitative measurement of rat CD40 Ligand/TNFSF5 in serum samples. The assay targets CD40 Ligand (also referred to as CD40-L, TNFSF5, or CD antigen CD154; UniProt Q9Z2V2) and is performed as a standard ELISA application.

The quantitative range is 0.45 ng/ml to 100 ng/ml, with a sensitivity of 0.45 ng/ml, and a recommended 2 fold sample dilution. The entire kit may be stored at -20°C for up to 1 year from the date of shipment, at 4°C for up to 6 months, or at -80°C for extended storage; repeated freeze-thaw cycles should be avoided. Additional equipment and materials are required to carry out the assay.
