Rat CD3 ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA kit uses a double-antibody format with colorimetric detection to measure CD3 levels in rat samples. CD3 is a critical protein marker found on the surface of T-cells, playing a key role in immune response and regulation, and monitoring its levels supports research into immune system function, autoimmune diseases, and transplant rejection in rat models.

The assay is reported with a sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL and an operating range of 0.313-20 ng/mL. It is validated for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Reported linearity across 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions (n=5) is 89-102%, 85-96%, and 83-95% for serum; 86-105%, 87-101%, and 80-96% for EDTA plasma; and 88-104%, 88-95%, and 81-96% for heparin plasma. The procedure begins with equilibration of reagents and TMB substrate to room temperature, followed by a primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotin-labeled detection antibody binding for 60 minutes, HRP-Streptavidin (SABC) binding for 30 minutes, TMB substrate development in the dark for 10-20 minutes, and immediate absorbance measurement at 450 nm after the stop solution is added.
