Rat CD26/DPPIV ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA kit uses a double-antibody format with a colorimetric readout for the quantitative measurement of CD26, also known as Dipeptidyl peptidase-4 (DPP IV), in rat samples. Validated sample types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples.

CD26/DPPIV is a key cell surface protein involved in immune regulation, glucose metabolism and cell adhesion, and its dysregulation has been linked to diabetes, cancer and inflammatory disorders, making it a valuable biomarker for investigating these conditions and exploring potential therapeutic interventions. Recovery has been demonstrated at 96–100% in serum (average 96%), 92–100% in EDTA plasma (average 95%) and 94–101% in heparin plasma (average 98%). All components should be stored at 2–8°C, where they remain stable for 12 months.
