Rat CCL4/MIP-1beta ELISA Kit

Performance validation includes recovery testing across multiple matrices: serum recovery ranged 95–102% (average 99%), EDTA plasma 85–105% (average 90%), and heparin plasma 88–100% (average 94%). Linearity was confirmed across 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions for serum (87–94%, 87–95%, 82–100%), EDTA plasma (86–94%, 85–100%, 81–89%), and heparin plasma (86–105%, 91–98%, 80–90%) samples.
