Rat CCL4 (MIP-1 beta)DIY ELISA Kit

CCL4 (MIP-1β) is a CC-chemokine secreted by macrophages, dendritic cells and activated lymphocytes that drives chemotaxis of monocytes, T cells and NK cells through CCR5 and CCR1 receptors. Researchers studying inflammatory cascades, viral entry models, neuroinflammation or transplant rejection use this chemokine as a quantitative readout in rat-derived samples such as cell culture supernatant and tissue homogenates. The DIY format from Assay Genie provides unconjugated capture and detection antibodies plus recombinant rat CCL4 standard, allowing flexible coating of microplates up to 10 plates from a single pack. Reported detection range is approximately 15.6 to 1000 pg/mL with sensitivity around 7.8 pg/mL, using 100 µL sample per well. All kit components should be stored at -20 °C with the standard handled on ice to preserve activity; avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles of the lyophilised standard by aliquoting on first use.
