Rat CCL21 ELISA Kit

A Sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative detection of CCL21 in rat samples, including serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The assay uses a double-antibody sandwich format with colorimetric detection, a sensitivity of 37.5 pg/mL, and a working range of 62.5–4000 pg/mL.

Validated linearity across serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma at 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions (n = 5) spans 81–104%. Recovery averages 96% in serum (range 87–103%), 98% in EDTA plasma (range 88–104%), and 96% in heparin plasma (range 87–104%). The workflow involves a 90-minute primary incubation at 37°C, a 60-minute biotinylated detection antibody binding step, and a 30-minute HRP-Streptavidin (SABC) incubation, with TMB substrate color development read at 450 nm.

CCL21, also referred to as 6Ckine, exodus-2, SCYA21, SLC, or TCA-4, is a chemokine involved in lymphocyte trafficking and immune cell recruitment to sites of inflammation, with dysregulation linked to inflammatory and autoimmune disorders. The kit is intended for storage at 2–8°C for 12 months.
