Rat CCL17/TARC ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative measurement of CCL17 (also known as thymus and activation-regulated chemokine, TARC) in rat samples. Using a double-antibody format with colorimetric detection, the kit supports work on immune response and inflammation, including studies of T cell trafficking and activation, as well as research into autoimmune diseases, allergic reactions, and inflammatory conditions.

The assay has a sensitivity of 18.75 pg/mL and a working range of 31.25–2000 pg/mL. It is validated for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, and unopened kits should be stored at 2–8°C for 12 months.

Reported linearity (n = 5) at a 1:2 dilution is 89–103% for serum, 94–104% for EDTA plasma, and 88–105% for heparin plasma, with comparable performance across 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions. Spike-and-recovery averages range from 93% (heparin plasma) to 99% (EDTA plasma), with serum averaging 97%.
