Rat Cathepsin L/CTSL ELISA Kit

A high-quality Sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative measurement of Cathepsin L (CTSL) in rat biological samples. The assay uses a double-antibody sandwich format with colorimetric detection, employing a biotin-labelled detection antibody, an HRP-Streptavidin conjugate and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm.

The kit is validated for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate and other liquid samples. Reported sensitivity is 18.75 pg/mL with a working range of 31.25-2000 pg/mL. Spiked recovery averages 93% in serum, 95% in EDTA plasma and 96% in heparin plasma, with linearity across 1:2 to 1:8 dilutions within approximately 82-104% for the matrices tested.
