Rat Casein kinase II subunit beta (Csnk2b) ELISA Kit

Designed for rat samples, this sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie enables quantitative colorimetric detection of Casein kinase II subunit beta (Csnk2b), also known by the synonyms Phosvitin, CK II beta and Ck2n. The assay is validated for use with serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, and recognises natural and recombinant rat Csnk2b. Reported performance figures include a detection range of 31.2-2000pg/mL, a sensitivity of 15.8pg/mL, an intra-assay CV of 4.2% and an inter-assay CV of 6.8%. Recovery has been characterised at an average of 97 (range 91-103%) for serum and 99 (range 93-105%) for plasma.

Csnk2b is the regulatory beta subunit of casein kinase II and participates in Wnt signaling, playing a complex role in regulating the basal catalytic activity of the alpha subunit. The kit is intended for research use only and is relevant to cancer research.
