Rat Carboxypeptidase B1, Tissue (CPB1) ELISA Kit

Built around an enzyme immunoassay workflow, Assay Genie's Rat Carboxypeptidase B1 (CPB1) ELISA Kit is calibrated for quantitative measurement of CPB1 in rat research samples. CPB1 is a zinc-dependent metallocarboxypeptidase that cleaves C-terminal arginine and lysine residues and is most abundantly expressed in pancreatic acinar cells, where it functions as a relevant biomarker in studies of exocrine pancreatic function and metabolic disorder models.

The kit is supplied as a complete 96-assay microplate format and includes pre-coated wells, detection antibody, recombinant standards, and substrate supporting a standard add-and-read protocol. Research use only.
