Rat Caldesmon (CALD) ELISA Kit

Smooth muscle research and cytoskeletal remodeling studies frequently require precise quantification of caldesmon protein levels in rat-derived samples. For sample preparation, fresh or frozen rat tissue is homogenized in an appropriate lysis buffer, clarified by centrifugation, and applied to the plate per the protocol.
