Rat Calcium/Calmodulin Dependent Protein Kinase II Alpha (CAMK2a) ELISA Kit

Quantitative measurement of rat CAMK2a through a colorimetric immunoassay supplied by Assay Genie. This ELISA kit supports in vitro quantification of Calcium/Calmodulin Dependent Protein Kinase II Alpha, a serine/threonine kinase abundant in neuronal tissue where it mediates calcium-dependent signaling related to synaptic plasticity and memory. The assay is intended for research use only and accepts rat tissue homogenates and cell lysates as input material.
