Rat CA125 ELISA Kit

Recovery ranges across the same sample types span 89-101%, 90-104%, and 90-100%, with average recoveries of 96%, 97%, and 94% respectively. Reagents should be stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.

The workflow involves equilibrating reagents and loading standards, samples, and blanks onto pre-coated wells, followed by incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes for primary antigen binding. A biotin-labeled detection antibody is then incubated for 60 minutes, HRP-Streptavidin is added for 30 minutes, and TMB substrate is developed in the dark for 10-20 minutes. Absorbance is read at 450 nm after adding the stop solution.
