Rat C-terminal propeptide of Collagen alpha-1 (II)chain/PIICP ELISA Kit

A high-quality sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative detection of rat C-terminal propeptide of Collagen alpha-1 (II) chain (PIICP). The assay uses a colorimetric detection method with a sensitivity of 46.875 pg/mL and a measuring range of 78.125-5000 pg/mL. Reagents should be stored at 2-8°C for up to 12 months. Linearity has been demonstrated across dilutions in serum (88-105%), EDTA plasma (86-99%), and heparin plasma (81-98%). Recovery rates are reported in serum (85-97%, average 93%), EDTA plasma (85-102%, average 92%), and heparin plasma (85-103%, average 92%).
