Rat C-Peptide (C-Peptide) ELISA Kit

The assay is specific to natural and recombinant rat C-Peptide, supporting research in metabolism and the study of pancreatic function and glucose metabolism.

Validated performance figures include a detection range of 78-5000 pg/mL and a sensitivity of 39 pg/mL. Reproducibility is reported with an Intra CV of 5.3% and an Inter CV of 8.2%. Recovery averages 95% for serum (range 89-101%) and 97% for plasma (range 91-103%). The kit is compatible with serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids.
