Rat Betacellulin (bTC) ELISA Kit

Assay Genie's Rat Betacellulin (bTC) ELISA Kit enables quantitative measurement of BTC, a member of the EGF family of growth factors, in rat-derived specimens. Betacellulin is a transmembrane protein that binds EGFR (ErbB1) and ErbB4 receptors, and it plays significant roles in pancreatic beta-cell proliferation, epithelial regeneration, and ErbB-mediated signaling pathways. The kit is supplied with a pre-coated microplate, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, chromogenic substrate, wash buffer, and stop solution. It accepts multiple rat-derived matrices including blood-derived samples, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and cell culture supernatant.
