Rat Beta-Galactosidase ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative detection of beta-galactosidase in rat samples, with reactivity validated for rat serum, plasma, and cell lysates. The kit uses a double-antibody detection format and is intended for research use only.

Reported performance characteristics include a sensitivity of 0.094 mIU/ml and an assay range of 0.156–10 mIU/ml. Recovery was evaluated by spiking matrices with rat GLbeta: serum 92–100 % (average 96 %), EDTA plasma 87–102 % (average 94 %), and UFH plasma 85–100 % (average 92 %). Linearity by serial dilution yielded serum 87–103 %, 86–102 % and 87–102 % at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8; EDTA plasma 87–98 %, 85–94 % and 82–100 %; UFH plasma 83–89 %, 86–96 % and 80–100 %. Intra-assay precision is reported as CV <8 % and inter-assay as CV <10 %.
