Rat Beta-Endorphin Receptor/beta-EPR ELISA Kit

The assay is validated for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, and is intended for research applications investigating the beta-endorphin receptor's role in stress, pain, addiction, and mood-related pathways in rat models.

The kit delivers a sensitivity of 18.75 pg/mL with a working range of 31.25-2000 pg/mL, and is read colorimetrically at 450 nm following TMB substrate development. The workflow includes a 37°C primary incubation step, followed by biotin-labeled detection antibody binding, HRP-streptavidin conjugation, and TMB color development. Reagents should be stored at 2-8°C, with a stated shelf life of 12 months under those conditions.
