Rat Bcl2/Adenovirus E1B 19kDa Interacting Protein 3 (BNIP3) ELISA Kit

BNIP3 is a BH3-only member of the Bcl-2 family that localizes to the outer mitochondrial membrane and drives hypoxia-induced mitophagy and programmed cell death, making it a marker of interest in cardiovascular ischemia, neurodegeneration, and cancer metabolism research.

This kit performs well in studies requiring measurement of BNIP3 expression in tissue homogenates and cell lysates from rat model systems.
