Rat BCL10 ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA Kit is designed for the quantitative measurement of B-cell lymphoma/leukemia 10 (BCL10) protein in rat samples. The double-antibody sandwich format uses a colorimetric detection method and accepts serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples.

BCL10 is implicated in the regulation of immune responses and inflammatory processes, with dysregulation linked to lymphomas, autoimmune disorders, and inflammatory conditions. Reagents should be stored at 2-8°C for 12 months. Validation data show strong linearity across dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8: serum 95-101%, 87-102%, 99-104%; EDTA plasma 82-98%, 84-100%, 82-100%; and heparin plasma 84-98%, 91-94%, 81-99%. Average recovery was 93% for serum, 96% for EDTA plasma, and 93% for heparin plasma.

The assay involves reagent equilibration, primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotin-labeled detection antibody binding at 37°C for 60 minutes, HRP-Streptavidin incubation at 37°C for 30 minutes, TMB substrate development in the dark for 10-20 minutes, and absorbance measurement at 450 nm. Sample preparation protocols are described for serum, plasma, tissue homogenate, cell culture supernatant, and cell lysate.
