Rat B-cell lymphoma/leukemia 10 (Bcl10) ELISA Kit

A Sandwich ELISA Kit from Assay Genie intended for the quantitative measurement of B-cell lymphoma/leukemia 10 (BCL10) levels in rat samples. The assay is reactive with rat and is suitable for serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, with specificity for natural and recombinant rat B-cell lymphoma/leukemia 10.

Performance characteristics include a detection range of 0.156-10 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.085 ng/mL. Intra-assay CV is reported as 6.3% and inter-assay CV as 9.1%. Recovery ranges from 95-107% in serum and 97-109% in plasma. The kit uses a colourimetric detection method.

BCL10 is a pro-apoptotic protein involved in adaptive immune responses and promotes apoptosis, pro-caspase-9 maturation and activation of NF-kappa-B via NIK and IKK. The product is intended for research use within the cancer research area.
