Rat B-Cell Activating Factor (BAFF) ELISA Kit

The Rat B-Cell Activating Factor (BAFF) ELISA Kit from Assay Genie quantifies BAFF, also called BLyS or TNFSF13B, a TNF-family cytokine that drives B-cell maturation, survival, and immunoglobulin class-switch recombination. The kit supports studies of autoimmune conditions including systemic lupus erythematosus and rheumatoid arthritis, vaccine immunology, B-cell lymphoma biology, and transplantation tolerance research.

Wells are pre-coated with a capture antibody specific to rat BAFF. A 100 µL sample volume is dispensed alongside biotinylated detection antibody and streptavidin-HRP conjugate. Following chromogenic substrate development, absorbance is recorded at 450 nm.

Each pack contains a 96-well microplate, lyophilized reference standards, detection antibody, HRP conjugate, substrate and stop solutions, wash buffer concentrate, and adhesive plate sealer.
