Rat ATPase, H+ Transporting, Lysosomal Accessory Protein 2 (ATP6AP2) ELISA Kit

This quantitative immunoassay from Assay Genie measures ATP6AP2, the vacuolar H⁺-ATPase accessory subunit also known as the (pro)renin receptor, in rat samples. ATP6AP2 participates in renin-angiotensin signaling, V-ATPase-mediated acidification, and Wnt/β-catenin pathways, and the kit supports investigations into hypertension, diabetic nephropathy, cardiac fibrosis, neuronal development, and lysosomal storage disorders. The microplate is supplied pre-coated with capture antibody, and the kit includes lyophilized standards, biotinylated detection reagent, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, wash buffer, substrate, and stop solution. Reconstituted standards should be aliquoted and frozen at -20°C, while unopened kit components remain stable when refrigerated at 4°C.
