Rat Atp1a3 ELISA Kit

Spike-and-recovery testing in serum (n=5) yielded averages of 95% (range 88–105%), in EDTA plasma (n=5) 91% (range 87–100%), and in heparin plasma (n=5) 96% (range 89–105%). Linearity across 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions ranged from 80–104% across these matrices.
