Rat Apolipoprotein F (APOF) ELISA Kit

Apolipoprotein F (APOF) is a minor apolipoprotein that circulates in plasma predominantly bound to low-density lipoprotein particles, where it contributes to lipid transport and cholesterol homeostasis. This rat-specific Assay Genie kit enables quantitative measurement of APOF protein in rat samples, supporting cardiovascular, metabolic, and lipid metabolism research in rodent models of atherosclerosis and dyslipidemia.

The immunoassay runs on a 96-well microplate. Each kit ships with pre-coated wells, lyophilized standards, detection antibody, and assay buffer sufficient for the full plate. A sample volume of 50 uL per well is recommended for serum and plasma, with absorbance readings taken against a standard curve to calculate concentrations.
