Rat Apaf1 ELISA Kit

It is configured as a double-antibody sandwich ELISA with a sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL and a working range of 0.313–20 ng/mL, and is validated for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples.

APAF1 is a key protein in the apoptotic pathway, playing a central role in programmed cell death.
